An expert on organizational transformation, Mohit has been at the forefront of building smart and innovative business models for leading financial institutions and insurance companies to work smart and deliver compelling business outcome.
Mohit began his GE/Genpact journey in 1998 and has held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility in business development, global Six Sigma, process excellence and delivery. He has extensive experience in building and leading large teams and has been instrumental in setting up the company’s vision, strategy and strong client relationships. Mohit also played a key role in the transformation of GECIS to Genpact and integrating a number of acquisitions. Prior to joining GE/Genpact, he was responsible for sales and product development at Xerox.
Mohit earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and has also completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. Mohit is an active member of Genpact’s Corporate Social Responsibility group that is focused on social innovation and protecting the environment.
