MyKartavya is more than just a programme; it's a movement that connects people with their passion for making a difference in the world. We believe that everyone has something valuable to contribute, and we're here to help make that happen.

Our programme serves as a bridge between the industry and a diverse range of volunteering opportunities, making it easy for people to get involved and make a difference. We're dedicated to building the capacity of NGOs, underserved communities, and employees of member companies through strategic volunteering.

Today, corporations across the country recognise the "business case" for promoting employee volunteering. Not only does it enhance teamwork and professional competencies, but it also drives and integrates employee involvement in core business functions. Volunteering helps keep employees engaged and improves the company's reputation both internally and externally.

An active employee volunteer programme injects values of social commitment and responsibility into the culture of the company and its employees' lives, regardless of their educational or experiential backgrounds. It is an opportunity to give back to society and make a real difference. With MyKartavya, nasscom foundation believes that everyone can contribute to making the world a better place, and all it takes is a willingness to help.

The program at Trivandrum was a good one and very nicely conducted. Had not realised the program had already commenced a couple of weeks back and meeting the students today, got clear indicators that there is huge appreciation and gratitude for the program. Congratulations to nasscom foundation for putting this all so well together –very structured and excellently implemented. Happy to have been a part of this pilot initiative and very hopeful that the success of this one will be a motivation for many more SME companies to join hands with nasscom foundation for furthering skilling and job enablement for the less privileged.
