We understand that skilling is a crucial driver of economic growth, especially for marginalised communities. We are committed to inclusive and empowering livelihood opportunities, and our Skilling and Employability Initiative aims to bridge the skills-employability divide for young people and women. Our goal is to make digital technology skills accessible to all, enabling more inclusive livelihoods in India's digital economy.
We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed in the digital age, and we have collaborated with a diverse range of partners to provide skill development opportunities to young people and adolescents from rural areas and tier 2 and 3 cities. Our partnerships with corporations, technical partners, and colleges across the country help facilitate access to technical and soft skill development.
Our programme has had a tangible impact, with candidates who have completed our courses securing employment in reputed tech-based firms. We are proud of our contribution to strengthening the government’s Skill India Mission, and we remain committed to empowering marginalised communities with the tools they need to succeed in the digital era.
