She learned to leverage digital media for promotion, manage sales with the Khatabook app, and securely handle documents via DigiLocker and Umang for accessing government schemes.

Furthermore, she acquired basic smartphone skills, enhancing her independence in operations. Embracing digital payment apps enabled her to conduct seamless transactions, resolving customer payment issues and maintaining detailed records.

Additionally, she began using status updates to expand her reach, boosting her confidence and interactions with customers. Leveraging the Umang app, she accessed government scheme information and stored documents securely in DigiLocker, refining her business operations and ensuring compliance.
