Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Location: Noida

Reports to: Head – Skilling

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of candidates in a Classroom session. 

• Conduct Life Skills & softs kills training sessions for candidates following a structured  curriculum. 

• Devise innovative methodologies to deliver such trainings in classroom. 

• Holding weekly sessions for enhancing listening, writing, speaking and reading skills of candidates. 

• Prepare session plans to deliver the training using appropriate methodology and materials.

   

• Provide inputs for content alignment to market/employer needs. 

   

• Grooming the trainees for job readiness, facing the interview. 

   

• To support mobilization and employment activities, as and when required. ∙ To assist the trainers and Project Manager in maintaining and updating the Nasscom Foundation MIS database. 

   

• To be involved in any operational activity as and when instructed by the Project Manager. ∙ Any other task assigned by line manager that might emerge depending upon the need and opportunitydecided by Nasscom Foundation.

Key Requirement:

•  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in conducting softskills and life skillstraining 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and preparesession plans. 
• Ability to devise innovative methodologies for training, keeping in mind the evolving needs ofcandidates and the dynamic nature of softskills development.
• Willingness to collaborate with project managers, trainers, and other stakeholders,  and the flexibility tosupport mobilization, employment activities, and operational tasks as needed.
