Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of candidates in a Classroom session.
Conduct Life Skills & softs kills training sessions for candidates following a structured curriculum.
Holding weekly sessions for enhancing listening, writing, speaking and reading skills of candidates.
Provide inputs for content alignment to market/employer needs.
Grooming the trainees for job readiness, facing the interview.
To support mobilization and employment activities, as and when required. ∙ To assist the trainers and Project Manager in maintaining and updating the Nasscom Foundation MIS database.
To be involved in any operational activity as and when instructed by the Project Manager. ∙ Any other task assigned by line manager that might emerge depending upon the need and opportunitydecided by Nasscom Foundation.
