Title: Program Coordinator
Location: Noida/Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 years ‘of experience in the field of operation and coordination
Reports to: Program Manager

Skills /Knowledge

  • Understanding of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proven experience in program coordination, with a focus on vendor management, internal & external stakeholder management, inter-departmental collaboration
  • Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations

Key Responsibilitie

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Coordinating with track owners for program activities and collating program data for monthly updates to the donor
  • Track program milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Regularly update and archive documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility on required platforms
  • Facilitate effective communication among program stakeholders

Other Remarks

  • Salary as per experience and organizations norms
  • Fixed-term contract from until March 2025, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
