Title: Program Executive – Social Innovations
Location: Bangalore/Noida
Experience: 1-2 years of experience Graduate in any field Tech/startup enthusiast with technical know-how
Reports to: Program Manager

Skills /Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in event management and coordination.
  • Proficiency in using project management and communication tools.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Prior experience with mentorship programs or startup environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular catchups with individual teams.
  • Ensure connecting the teams with the relevant mentors.
  • Monitor and track the monthly progress of all teams.
  • Report and document the progress, capturing images of their work and prototypes.
  • Organize and conduct sessions, Hackathons, and weekly workshops.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all activities, including events, challenges faced by teams, and feedback received.

Other Remarks

  • Salary as per organization’s norms
  • Fixed - term agreement till March 2025, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
