Title: Technical Coach
Location: Delhi-NCR/Bangalore
Reports to: Program Manager
Skills /Knowledge (preferable)
- Building mobile/web apps, IoT platforms, REST APIs, networking and security
- UI - Figma/xd
- Full-stack development - Flutter, Django, MERN or MEAN
- State Management - Bloc / Redux
- Python and common python libraries
- Experience in Data science will be given special consideration
- Knowledge about DevOps, Automated Testing and CI/CD
- Oversee portal work, identify the bugs and get them resolved and manage rupayments processes
- Maker and innovator at heart with a passion to help other makers/innovators
- Generalist, quick learner, abreast with latest trends in technology
- Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations
- Traits: Motivator and facilitator, curious, self-driven, empathetic, flexible, high integrity, cross-functional organizational ability
- Start-up bent of mind, interest & knowledge of the start-up & investor ecosystem
- Knowledge of technological trends
- Experience in cloud technologies
- Problem-solving aptitude
Key Responsibilities
- Supports and mentor’s student community, through physical meetings, video conferences, online forums
- Facilitates the creativity of student participants by demonstrating a genuine interest in their ideas, helps them define a minimum viable prototype and helps them build the MVP as a hands-on mentor
- Mentors’ participants during the program’s life cycle
- Maintains constant contact with to understand operational/technical challenges and works with them to resolve
- Evaluate feasibility and quality of the teams at various stages in the program and evaluate and approve prototyping expenses for the teams
- Identify key industry experts for deep-dive workshops to be conducted & coordinate the workshops, webinars, hackathons, & other events
- Oversee & coordinate the portal development and maintenance work done by external vendor and manage their payment process
- Research to identify new and emerging technology areas
- Oversee replenishment process: track projected spends, set up process to ensure timely availability of funds to cohort teams or vendors for prototyping expenses, ensure budget utilization and proper reporting.
Other Remarks
- Salary as per experience and organisations norms
- Fixed-term contract from March’25, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
