Title: Executive – Outreach & Documentation – Skilling & Employability
Location: Centre of Excellence, Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), Phase – II, Noida, U.P.
Reports to: Manager – Skilling & Employability
Overview & Key Responsibilities:
The objective of our project is to create a skilled workforce and provide livelihood opportunities for marginalized candidates we will achieve this by imparting relevant skills through training, assessment, and certification. Our focus will be on placement-linked advanced computing courses, including Full Stack JAVA, Python, Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or other market-demand technical courses. In addition to technical skills, we will also train candidates to improve their professional, behavioural, and life skills. Through this project, we aim to uplift marginalized individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills for a sustainable livelihood.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- To mobilize and facilitate enrollment of candidates from colleges and communities for employment-linked project.
- Build community-level networks to establish connections with the target groups.
- To facilitate an enrolment of candidates in the program to ensure in the age group 18-35 years with special emphasis on women.
- To organize mass mobilization activity and door-to-door canvassing for better branding and publicity.
- Bring onboard and deploy innovative solutions for mobilization leveraging technology.
- To counsel the candidates and assess their suitability for enrolment in the program.
- Encourage family involvement in the entire training process to have their buy-in from day one for the success of their ward.
- To make phone calls and visit program beneficiaries and their families as and when required.
- Felicitate any internal or external guests visits to the centre.
- Develop industry collaborations and support in securing employment for candidates trained under the project.
- Maintain and update the nasscom foundation Learning Management System (LMS) database regularly.
- Track and document the batch-wise status of training completion, assessments and placements.
- Maintain and update necessary periodic reports and documentation as required in the project
- To be involved in any operational activity as and when instructed by the Project Manager.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager that might emerge depending upon the need and opportunity decided by nasscom foundation.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts/commerce/science or related field
- 3-4 years’ previous experience in the mentioned position or related fields in skill development training and livelihood projects
- Experience of working with women is desirable.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who is supportive, flexible and ready to take on additional tasks.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and disciplined
