Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Delhi/ NCR , Rajasthan
Reports to: Project Manager

Job Reference Code- For North location use NF24; For South location use NF25

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and timelines: The coordinator will develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinating project activities: The coordinator will work with various stakeholders to ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing relationships: The coordinator will work with software teams, to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure that the software is implemented correctly.
  • Training and support: The coordinator will ensure that team staff are trained on the new system and provide ongoing support to ensure its effective use. They will record escalations reported from the institution and coordinate with relevant teams for redressal and closure.
  • Monitoring project progress: The coordinator will monitor the progress of the project, identifying any issues or risks that may arise, and develop plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Reporting: The coordinator will gather insights and progress data from the implementation team and prepare periodic project progress reports for all institutions assigned.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: The coordinator will communicate project progress to key stakeholders, including project leadership, and end-users.
  • Testing and quality assurance: The coordinator will oversee the testing and quality assurance of the system to ensure that it meets the project requirements and standards.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, processes, and other documentation as needed.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a solid understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies
  • Experience in coordinating with clients and end-users and providing
  • Hands-on experience on e-governance platforms and ERP/e-office systems is a plus
  • Willing to travel and work extra hours whenever needed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to review a variety of data, identify and adjust discrepancies, identify, and resolve problems
  • Have demonstrable leadership skills

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Master's degree/ PG Diploma or equivalent in any field with 1+ years of experience/Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent in any field with at least 3 years of hands-on coordination experience in a project.
