● Facilitates the creativity of student participants by demonstrating a genuine interest in their ideas, helping them define a minimum viable prototype
● Mentors participants in the program for presentation in the demo day
● Coach students through various stages and decision-points along their journey
● Evaluate feasibility and quality of the teams at various stages in the program
● Work in collaboration with the program team, particularly technical mentors and Fellows, to provide holistic guidance to the students and point them as appropriate to onboarded external mentors
● Work in collaboration with the program team to expand the external mentor pool
● Work in collaboration with Innovation Managers to identify key industry experts for deep-dive workshops to be conducted. Help coordinate workshops, webinars, hackathons, & other events if required
● Collate best practices and disseminate them across the community
● Inspire program participants by sharing experience, as appropriate to their journey
● Research to identify new areas for the program to incorporate
● Work as a team member to support and further the goals of the department
● Salary as per experience and organisations norms
● Consultant agreement until March 2024, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
