Bachelors/Master’s degree in relevant field
0-2 years’ experience in development project management, social enterprise/entrepreneurship and innovation.
Strong project management skills (operations, implementation, reporting)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong written, communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using social media and the web as the medium of outreach Ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with outside organisations.
Motivator and facilitator, self-driven, persuasive, diplomatic, mental flexibility and integrity, cross-functional organizational ability.
Strong interest in Tech for Good/Social Innovation space in India.
Fulfill the overall target and deliverables set by the program
Manage outreach for applications through partners. Ensure a total of 300 applications for the program across categories.
Manage/Create a database of good projects in the tech for good space and assist team lead in research and documentation.
Support with day to day communication and assist team lead in reporting as required.
Manage outreach during events that are a part of the program
Be responsible for all logistical arrangements for events.
Assist team in putting together written pieces for communication collateral.
Work as a team member to support and further the goals of the department.
Assist team members in fulfilling their targets, and work as a functional team
Ensure strict adherence to timelines specified.
