And to reach the necessary scale – 41.6% of Indians below the international poverty line, 1.08 million missing girls, 1,00,000 unelectrified villages – we require innovative uses of ICT. The Genpact NASSCOM Social Innovation Honour not only recognizes these ideas but brings them to a platform where the who’s who of the IT-ITeS industry gathers in search of partners and ideas. We aim to give voice to social enterprises and bring about mass social change."
