If your organization has been registered, and BiG Tech has confirmed that your organization does meet the required Eligibility Criteria for at least one of our donor partners, please see their guidelines before placing an order. You will be able to find out how many products you could order, minimum order quantities etc:

Once you have viewed the guidelines, please log on to the On-line Shop using your organisation's username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the right of the screen.

Once you have logged on the On-line Shop, you can Browse Products, and choose to search by Donor Partner or category of equipment. In each case, you will see a list of available equipment with associated Administration Reimbursement. You can click on an item to see more information.

Once you have decided that you would like to acquire a product, you add it to your cart. You can view the items in your cart at any time. Once you have have finished selecting items, you proceed to the checkout.

At checkout, you will be provided with a summary of your order and confirmation of your delivery address. If you are happy you may confirm your order.

Upon completing the transaction, you will receive an invoice by email.

Please note: It is a requirement of the BiG Tech Donation Program that goods are delivered only to the Registered Delivery Address of your organization.

Once you have submitted your order, you will see an order confirmation page, you can take print out of the same. You will then be emailed an invoice.

Once we receive your payment, we will will ship your order.

All orders are subject to approval.

In the event of your order not being accepted, you will receive immediate advice and an automatic refund of the Administrative Fee .

You can expect delivery of your order within 14 days from the date we receive your payment.
