| Help FIDR for Orissa flood victims |

Most affected are Children, Pregnant/Lactating mothers, the sick, Aged and Disables.  NASSCOM Foundation appeals everybody to support its NKN implementation partner in Orissa Forum for Integrated Development and Research, (FIDR) (http://www.fidrindia.in/ ) to help in the immediate needs (as a right of the affected people) of the flood victims in Orissa. FIDR, since the last one week, through its dedicated volunteers, has been tirelessly working to help the flood victims through flood, clothes and necessity items. FIDR is also supporting the local administration is locating flood victims and helping the outreach of flood relief.  This is a NASSCOM Foundation plea to all. Please help FIDR with cash, food goods, clothes all other necessity items that can help the flood victims to cope this disaster. Orissa Flood 2008 has devastated more than half of the state severely! Unprecedented property and crop loss is reported, at places people on rooftops are threatened with rising water levels which have submerged the ground floor. The incessant rain, even now, adds to the misery.
