The ‘ConnectIT Workshop’ will include hands-on training on the use of IT. This (classroom) training workshop would be a mix of theoretical & practical concepts of different ICT applications. The training will include use of office applications and web 2.0 for project documenting, managing, monitoring, evaluating, in accounting, creating of project proposals, presenting to funders, to document project interventions, systematizing internal organisational processes and systems, etc. The workshops are planned as four-day hands-on and interactive activity based training. The workshop would be targeted at mid level & operations level staff that include NGO officers, administrative (and accounts) heads/officers or similar relevant persons from NGOs & govt departments. The aim is to equip them with ICT skills that can help them to manage their projects or work & carry out their day-to-day operations more efficiently.
