Skills For Employment

NASSCOM Foundation aims to facilitate employment in underserved communities by providing access to technology (hardware and software) and curriculum content (BPM, Animation and IT) through its NGO partners. The Foundation also works with member companies and NGOs to place the skilled candidates.

In today’s world where digital literacy has almost become a precursor to literacy, the Foundation leads the National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM). It is an industry wide mission that aims at making at least one person in every family, digitally literate. The Foundation believes that imparting digital skills will enhance employability, access and utilization of services.
